Plastic Lids
We offers two sizes of plastic lids to be used with our open cavity SOIC packages. These flat, plastic molded lids are offered with a low temperature B stage epoxy which is already screened onto the lid for easy assembly.

- Low temperature sealing and curing
- High gel strength
- Suited for automated handling equipment
